Navi-X For Mac

Navi-X is an XBMC and Boxee add-on that offers you the possibility to quickly access or share media content over the internet. The add-on is designed to be a “content aggregator” and allows its users to provide links to their multimedia files.

At the same time, Navi-X can be used to playback media content (video, audio, images, text, podcasts and more) shared by other people via the Navi-xtreme portal. It offers you the possibility to create playlists and personalize them by adding background images, icons or logos.

Since Navi-X is an add-on, it can run on any platform that provides support for Boxee or XBMC. Make sure that one of the host applications (Boxee or XBMC) are installed on your system.

To use Navi-X on XBMC you must launch the host application, navigate to the System/Addons/Install panel and indicate where you saved the Navi-X zip file. The next step is to go back to the main XBMC window: in the Programs panel you should be able to view Navi-X.

If you are working with Boxee, press the Apps entry, go to the Repositories and input the following address: http://navi-x.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/boxee. Download the latest Navi-X release and save it as your favorite app on Boxee. You can find further Navi-X installation instructions HERE.
