I had to modify the install file to work with Thunderbird 3.4, but it works for the most part. This is the only program I could find to automatically print selected emails. I want to use it for printing from my phone by sending emails with a keyword in the subject line to myself. But I couldn't get it to work, it would just pop up a print dialog even if the "print immediately" box was checked. If I can get it to work it will be just what I need, although I wish there were an option to delete the email after printing it.
