Having had surgery for a detached retina, I now find it difficult to read normal text. My solution is to transfer documents to Tofu, enlarge the font size and activate the "speak now' feature. As the program reads the text to me, I can follow along in large font arranged in narrow columns to make clear and rapid progress. It works great. Many many thanks.
