I ordered this product in February 2007 and had problems, deleted it from my computer and requested a refund. I decided to try it again, due to improvements in the program, paid for the program and was blocked from using it because of my refund in 2007.

Basically, Hyperbolic felt my refund request in 2007 was fraudulent and that I was looking to do it again. How silly and a bad way to do business.

I know they can choose who they want to do business with, but thinking i\'d try and defraud them out of $30 fifteen months ago is a bit of a stretch. I recommend going with a different company
