I need to synchronize several folders two by two. Is it possible to do it using SyncTwoFolders for MAc?

The app is decent on the surface but the performance was staggeringly slow on my machine. DirSyncPro was what I needed to get the job done.

Great app! I am a RealBasic programmer as well. And I am kinda proud that there are more of "us" making world-changing apps! I almost made the same kinda program. But why re-invent the wheel? ;-)

If, like me, you just want to sync files from a folder on your Imac hardrive to a folder on your USB stick, this simple program is ideal. Works perfectly, and quickly.

Did some testing. Data is VALUABLE (family pics etc). Copying folders incl. sub-folder worked fine. Sync seemed to work. But copying PS Lightroom previews-catalog lead to different size on mirror (298MB compared to 495MB in original)! Simulating an already synced folder with pics suddenly lead to the proposal to delete 8 files. When checking if those are really missing in original folder they were (of course) still there! This means I would have DELETED these files on my target backup drive!

Software = Nice try but not only useless but DANGEROUS

It didn't actuually sync the folders! I had two standard files in the source folder, and after syncing, they were not in the destination folder! Moreover, the user interface and program do both need to take folders and recursive sync into consideration but- I repeat- some non-rescursive main-folder files were ignored! Made it useless for me and only left me more confused.

This is great! Finally a program that will easily sync iPhoto 08 by breaking down the package into folders with the click of a button in the preferences!
