    DO NOT INSTALL THIS ON YOUR MAC!
    Immediately after installation McAfee VirusScan (Virex) corrupted font file after font file. I\'ve used McAfee on PCs and MACs and have had terrible experiences with both.

    Installed 10/21/10 9:21:00 AM on MacBook with Mac OSX 10.6.4. Intel based.
    Uninstalled 10/21/10 9:45:00 AM.

    Does not mention that you have to install Rosetta to have it work, why have a Mac when you have to run Rosetta for software like this, you might as well go back to a pc!

    McAfee antivirus is CRAP for both Mac and PC. It's a resource hog on both platforms. There's plenty of free antivirus apps that are much lighter and better. I used McAfee at work for awhile and had to install AVG [free] because VirusScan didn't pick up some viruses. Stay far away.

    eUpdate does not work properly. Still not compatible with File Vault.
