    This functionality is provided by the built in Keychain menu extra.

    /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access.app

    Then Keychain Access > Preferences and choose "Show Status in Menu Bar".

    You'll get a picture of a lock in the menu bar with an option for "Lock Screen".

    You can also achieve the same effect by making the screen saver require a password with the "Security" preference pane and making one hot corner of the screen start the screen saver with the "Expose & Spaces" preferences pane.

    You really don't need this app.
