Very easy to use. There is very easy data entry. Instant access to the patient data.
Scheduling is excellent. I customized the length of the period per patient to 15 minutes. It provides reports on no shows, cancelations and confirmations ..etc.
It provides Account receivable for billing and handles the billing in very simple and efficient way. It also has report on revenue on day, week, month ...etc.
The EMR is comprehensive for mental health. You can tell if is made by psychitrist or psychologist. There are functions to print medical records
It manages the insurance companies and it prints HCFA forms.
After few days using the software, it started to show me some alerts on no billed accounts, and to confirm appointment. I changed the default options to 1 day to confirm an appointment.
