There doesn't appear to be any way to view profiles nor to block users in a chat room. How this thing interfaces with Yahoo Messenger is a real mystery--I got it to connect by trial and error. There is no manual. Clicking on "Help" produces the unhelpful message "Help isn't available for Charla2." When you log in (which took a very long time), you get a blank screen, with no indication what to do next. Only accessed a chat room by selecting "change room." Like I said, trial and error. It appears this program just isn't ready for public use. It needs: debugging, user's manual, and a clearer interface.
