NewTextFileHere is an easy to use Finder toolbar command that will allow you to quickly create a new text file in the current folder.
After clicking on the NewTextFileHere button in Finder's toolbar you will be asked for a filename and the new text tile will be automatically opened it in your default .txt-handling application.
NewTextFileHere is released and licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States License.
Installation: Select NewTextFileHere.app file, press CMD and drag it into your Finder's toolbar (next to the Action button). Wait until the toolbar activates and drop it on the newly created space in the toolbar. See here how is done.
