  • Fixed a bug regarding Smart Marker visibility in the year view.
  • Smart Markers are a great new way to automatically have days in the year view marked based on existing events matching certain criteria! yCal will scan events in any of your calendars for matching a regular expression string and will mark days with matching events automatically.

New in yCal 1.2 (Sep 5, 2013)

  • yCal now supports alerts for events! As with Apple's iCal or Calendar, you can specify different kinds of alerts (alarms) to remind you about an event. Select between showing a message in the notification center, playing a sound, sending an email, or opening a file or an application. Freely define when you want to be reminded, and configure as many of such alerts as you like!
  • Also fixed a bug which could severely mess up the user interface when dragging the week view left or right with the mouse. Sorry this slipped through testing up to now!
