  • New function: you can now decide what will appear on the episodes images: border, image, rating and episode number are fully configurable using the Cover Editor in the Functions Menu. Star rating is based on TheTVDb.com database: 1 star means less than 8/10; 2 stars is between 8 and 8.5/10, and 3 stars is over 8.5/10
  • Stability improvements: correction of crashes due to the use of Accessibility options on the Mac - Big thanks to Marc for his precious help
  • .OGM files are now fully implemented
  • Preferences: by popular demand, HubFlow now memorizes your settings from one launch to another. Just set and forget
  • A fourth version of HubFlow is available: HubFlow for Mac + Java. It embeds the Java virtual machine, which means that this version won’t need Java as a prerequisite. Having its own Java runtime means that HubFlow can be run on any mac computer, but the download size is much bigger- Use this if you don’t know how to install Java or you just don’t want to do so

  • Correction of a bug where some languages were not displayed even though they were available on TheTvDb.com. The new ‘All lang.’ checkbox allows a retrieval of all languages available for a TV series- but it takes time. If you don’t need this, uncheck the checkbox, HubFlow will look first for your local language, and if not available will fallback and search for English
  • Correction of a bug in the movies batch function. Note that the default option is now: ‘All movies’
  • Correction of a network scan routine. Some network addresses were ignored, so that some WDTV players were not found on the LAN network

New in HubFlow 1.55 (Jun 9, 2014)

  • Version 1.55 introduces the TV series automatic function. The table indicates the number of episodes that are not treated for each TV series. Double click on the row, and HubFlow will automatically ‘treat’ the episodes that are identified as new without any other intervention. This is particularly handy when new episodes are added to a series each week for example. Please note that only the series that are created or modified by version 1.55 and more are identified; so the more you use this version, the more useful the series automatic function will be. To remove a series from the list, press the Delete key of your keyboard
  • A new log text area will keep you informed about what HubFlow tries to do
  • Manual function moved to the Function menu and renamed ‘XML Editor’
  • XML editor re-design. The user interface has been simplified and the upload to ImageShack servers has been removed. If you have backdrops, save them on your device hard drive
  • TV Series: The ‘Folder.jpg’ file is only created when there’s no one available, unless the ‘all’ checkbox is selected
  • TV Series: If there’s an existing episode image, it won’ t be replaced. Same for season folder image
  • TV Series: all episodes images have the episode number, even if there’s no specific image or if an external image is dropped
  • TV Series: a number is added to an episode image even if there’s no specific image detected
  • Image quality: the HD check button is now replaced by a size indicator of the cover image (click on the cover image to change its size): 3 sizes are possible - small, medium and large. HubFlow will select the highest resolution possible if you choose the large one. This would solve the poor resolution on High definition screens. Note that HD images can slowdown your media player on top of occupying a significant hard disk space
  • Movies batch: the new default behavior is that only new movies are added to the batch. If you want to treat all movies, select it in the Option menu
  • Shortcuts for Menu items, for instance press Ctrl-Shift-X for the XML Editor
  • Search is now listing movies by year of release (recent movies first)
  • Correction of a bug where proxies were not detected
  • Faster detection of WD devices on the network
  • HubFlow will display an alert message at start time if there’s no internet connection

  • New function: Movies batch mode - The batch movie mode is very handy for instance when you're transferring your movies collection from another media player to the WDTV Hub. Just indicate where your movies are (directory) and HubFlow will rapidly go through them and retrieve the metadata for each movie. If HubFlow does not identify the movie name, you can still override the system and retrieve the movie manually. See the User Guide for more information

New in HubFlow 1.37 (Nov 19, 2012)

  • For series: episode numbers are displayed above their respective images. This way the display is adapted to the WDTV placeholder for posters.
  • As a reminder: to overwrite existing images, select the "All" checkbox, HubFlow will replace old images with new ones. Yu may also ave to delete and rebuilt the media library and/or erase the "thumb" hidden folder (look for .wd_tv on the HubFlow hard drive).

Do NOT upload images that contains information that could be used against you (credit card scan, IDs, social security number...)
