· A "mini" window mode so the application doesn't take up as much space.

· The buttons that display the actions and preferences have been removed due to a issue that occurs on PPC machines. The preferences and actions can be accessed from the menu bar.
· Upon user request an option to display the time on the clock tab in 12-hour format has been added.

· You may choose whether the spinning indicator for the alarm and countdown are displayed.
