    What's new in Tag-DB 0.4.0:

    · Common and user-defined modifications are supported now.
    · Modifications tables show details on each modification.
    · Annotation panel is added to the database result panel.
    · Tooltips have been added to all table column headers.
    · Matched Ion Ratio was added to the tag search result.
    · Various bugfixes done: Formatting About-text and resizing problems fixed.

    · Added RankScore to the de novo results table
    · Annotation panel is now working below the de novo result spectrum panel: Also de novo amino acid annotations
