  • Removed the ”start on boot” and ”warn if Trim is disabled” settings and replaced them with a new setting: ”Check for Trim support on boot”. This check will be invisible and won’t launch Trim Enabler on every boot.

  • Completely updated User Interface that draws alot of inspiration from iOS7. There is not quite another app out there that looks like this on the Mac.
  • Menu Bar support – Trim Enabler 3.0 can be kept in the menu bar or, if you wish, drag it away to disconnect into a standalone window. Drag it back to reconnect it to the menu bar.
  • Settings – you can now have Trim Enabler warn you if the Trim patch is disabled by a system update. You can also have the application start on boot.
  • New Pro features:
  • Advanced S.M.A.R.T Monitor, this is a big upgrade from the S.M.A.R.T feature in old Trim Enabler. You can now see alot more statistics and Trim Enabler will warn you if your drive is failing.
  • SSD Tweaks – Access advanced tweaks to improve SSD performance or free up disk space – it’s as easy as flipping a switch.
  • Benchmark Utility – Measure SSD or hard drive speeds and filesystem performance with the super easy bechmark feature
