· slide selection, selected slides can be saved into SLS

maximum heap size changed:
· increased to 768MB in Windows (-Xmx768m JVM option)
· its setting removed in Unix/Linux, because the default setting of Java 1.5-1.6 (1/4th of the physical memory or 1G) is usually enough

minor improvements:
· cropping works also if crop rectangle is larger than image
· cross fade works with highlighted points (circles)

bugfixes:
· full-screen did not work properly in some configurations
· "next slide" action permanently ceased to work sometimes if space key (or mouse button) was pressed more frequently than the image update time
