What's new in RationalPlan Multi Project 4.3.0:

March 1st, 2013

· More reports: added resource costs distribution report, added resource work distribution report
· Easier printing capabilities
· Better MS Project files loading
· Automatic email notifications on Server
· Extra reports are now available. Users can generate cost or work related distributions for resources. In case someone besides the project manager needs to see the cost distribution for the project or for resources but does not have access to the free RationalPlan Viewer or for security reasons can not receive the entire project file, a print out on paper or .pdf document is the right solution. Using these reports it is possible to see how the work is distributed across resources and detect where overallocations or overtime costs appear.
· Users can now find easier to print reports as printing settings can be accessed more rapidly directly from the print preview mode. Additionally more details (placeholders for example) were added for an easier usage.
· At users requests RationalPlan Server is now capable of sending automatic email notifications. Task deadlines are no longer a problem. The application remembers you when a deadline is approaching so you can take the necessary measures for that deadline to be respected.
· Besides these new features some minor improvements were also made regarding processing Microsoft Project files.
