    · Import and Export of Study Archive files.

    · Changes to resizing of main window and split view resizing. The primary pane now resizes with the window, which is more conventional behavior.
    · Support for Apple Remote in slide shows. (Note that bugs in Snow Leopard prevent this working as well as it should. Hopefully Apple will address these shortly.)

What's new in Mental Case 1.5.3:

    May 10th, 2009

    · XML/HTML is now escaped in slides. In 1.5.2, it was not, which caused lines to run together (amongst other things).

What's new in Mental Case 1.5.2:

    May 10th, 2009

    · Added preference in Lesson tab to not have wrong notes duplicated in Lesson slide shows.
    · Mental Case archive files now have their file extension hidden.
    · Fixed a bug in quick image panel which meant you couldn't choose a case to put the note in.
    · Re-introduced a maximum file size for images synced to the iPhone. Images larger than 1200x1200 are now scaled down to that size.
    · Stopped toolbar buttons from 'sticking' when starting a slide show.

    March 24th, 2009

    · Fast entry of text notes in the note table. You can tab from row to row, and automatically add new notes when at the end of the table.

    · Preferences to control whether slide shows advance automatically after a note is marked right or wrong.

    · Added case name in note info.
    · Edit button in slide show controls. Stops slide show and opens the current note for editing.
    · Tab-Separated Values (TSV) import.
    · When more than two columns are included in CSV or TSV data, all columns after the first are added to the content.
    · Drag-and-drop import and export of cases in Mental Case Archive format.

    · Slide show pane in preferences has been split into two.
    · Shift-tab can now be used to go from the content field to the prompt field.
    · Enter no longer exits a quick note. Instead, use Cmd-Enter.
    · An extra interval was added to most schedules, so that new notes get added to the Lesson immediately, rather than after 24 hours.
    · Fixed bug in which note text field would lose focus after command-tabbing between applications.

What's new in Mental Case 1.4.4:

    January 23rd, 2009

    · Fixes a rare bug that could make it appear that all your notes had been moved to the Trash.
    · The notes are not actually in the Trash, and you should not try to delete them.

    · Added new preference to turn off the white frame and background added to images in slide shows.
    · Notes now get synced to iPhone/iPod touch in the order they appear on the Mac.
    · Added a list of Keyboard Shortcuts to the help pages.
    · Added a paragraph to the help pages describing the purpose of the dock icon badge.

What's new in Mental Case 1.4.1:

    September 20th, 2008

    · Fixed bug which prevented PowerPC Macs from syncing properly with Mental Case on the iPhone.
    · Added a preference to allow users to insert HTML into their notes. THIS IS USE AT OWN RISK. If you mess up the tags in your notes, your slides will also look messed up. The option is off by default.
    · Added a yearly learning schedule, which repeats.

What's new in Mental Case 1.4:

    September 11th, 2008

    · This version of Mental Case has been released in preparation for the new Mental Case iPhone app, which should appear in the coming week or so.
    · We have finished development on Mental Case for iPhone 1.0, and submitted it to Apple for approval. Assuming all goes well, it should be available via the iTunes App Store shortly. In the meantime, Mental Case 1.4 has a new item in the File menu for syncing with the iPhone which will not be very useful. Just ignore it, and be rest assured that it's day will come...

What's new in Mental Case 1.2.2:

    April 16th, 2008

    · A whole new slideshow toolbar has been added (Thanks Wrinkly Pea for the beautiful design!). It allows you to perform limited changes to notes, such as resetting the lesson schedule, or moving them to the Trash.
    · Added ‘correction’ to slideshows. You can now indicate if you got a particular mental note ‘wrong’, and cause it to appear more often. In lesson slideshows, marking a note wrong causes its learning progress to remain unchanged. This will mean it will reappear in the next lesson slideshow. For non-lesson slideshows, a slide marked as wrong will be re-added to the end of the current slideshow.
    · Introduced automatic backing up of the Mental Case library. This can be configured via the preferences panel. Backups are made daily, when Mental Case is running. Mental Case will also move old backups to the Trash.
    · Updated quick entry panels. The image entry panel now has space for some text. A new ‘complete’ quick note provides a panel with prompt and content, including images and text.
    · The Mental Case window will now fade out during screenshots. To override this behavior, just hold down the shift key when starting the screenshot.
    · A text service has been added, which is available from the Services menu of any application. It turns any selected text into a mental note.
    · New preferences have been added for what should happen when notes and cases are deleted.
    · Added Notes > Find Notes menu item that causes the filter field in the main window to get focus.
    · Added a white border and drop shadow to images in slideshows.
    · Filtering of notes now ignores accents.
    · Fixed a small bug in CSV import, which could sometimes leave a comma at the end of the text content.
    · Slides in a lesson slideshow are now ordered according to the date they were added to the lesson.
    · Added a ‘Big Text’ slideshow theme, which is useful for exporting to an iPod or iPhone.
    · The ‘iCal’ theme now shows the correct date in the background.
    · Sample data has been updated to include a Getting Started case.

What's new in Mental Case 1.2.1:

    April 12th, 2008

    · The most significant change is the introduction of an On-The-Fly Lesson. This is a small panel that floats on your desktop and rotates through your lesson notes while you work on other things. The idea is to enhance your learning, or remind you of interesting facts, even when you are not using Mental Case. The On-The-Fly Lesson does not change your learning schedule, so you can ignore it when busy, and pay it some attention when you have a few seconds.

What's new in Mental Case 1.2:
