    What's new in MatGAT 2.03:

    · Issues with MatGat 2.02 unix verion, if the compilation and testing all went fine but during oper ation you get an error saying "More than one sequence needed for alignment", please add the align file that was created during the compilation into a directory that is contained in the path. Thanks John

    · During alignment matrix export on version 2.01 and earlier the last column was not
    · exported, this version fixes this flaw.
