  • Payment for reminders:
  • For each reminder state a date can be entered.
  • SEPA:
  • The interface to the online banking program has been adapted to SEPA.
  • SEPA Direct Debit:
  • If you use a SEPA Direct Debit some additional information are necessary on the invoice. These can now be managed in the personal account of the customer. To print them on the invoice additional variables are available.
  • Copy of invoices:
  • When printing an invoice (offer, order …) a copy can be stored in a folder.

  • Export and import of layout
  • The layout can be exported and imported, now. This gives you the chance to copy the layout to another client or operating system.
  • cubeSQL
  • The REAL server was purchased by SQLabs. It can be used in the same way as before.
  • Dialog options are user independent
  • If you work with several users, the information about the dialog (position, size, values...) are stored independent.
  • Printing from Linux
  • The error in the libraries to print from Linux was corrected by the producer. Consequently, the standard-functions can now be used for printing also under Linux. However, the integrated alternatives (CUPS, PDF) still remain available.
  • Enhancement of function for variables
  • All variables with an amount, can be divided the in the part before and after the comma. Additionally the lines the addition variable can be output separately.

  • PostgreSQL - In addition to REALServer we support now PostgreSQL as a database server. Together with the diamond version you can setup a cheap multi-user version.
  • Import from "Mac-NeKo", "Win-NeKo" and "Lin-NeKo" - Entries from "Mac-NeKo", "Win-NeKo" and "Lin-NeKo" can easily be imported into the accounting. For more information about this program, please visit our homepage.
  • New version numbers - In future we will use version numbers, which depend on the year (currently 11). During the year there will be additional versions (e.g. 11.1). This change does not mean that you need every year a new version. As usual, you can use elder version, too.
  • Attachment in cash journal - Similar to the journal, you can add attachments in the cash journal. While entering there entries are transferred to the journal.
  • Update of Elster - The Elster-interface was updated to the new fields in 2011.

  • Multi entries - This function is helpful to enter several entries with different personal accounts.
  • Datanorm - Datanorm files are often used in the small trade. Now, the information can read from such a file.

  • Inventory - All changes of the stock of a good now are recorded. You see the changes in a new list.

  • Additional field in personal account: There is an additional field in the personal accounts for internal information.
  • Percentage values in balance sheets: The reports for balance sheets have an additional column with percentage values.
  • Acceptance of order and tickets without values: you can suppress the amounts in acceptance of orders and tickets.
  • Time report: Instead of an output as a list, you can print the values from the time list with a defined layout.
  • Import and export via clipboard: Beside Excel, and text files, you can use the clipboard to transfer values from and to lists.
  • PDF-Export (Version 9.8.1): Permanent or individual output of all outputs to a PDF file.
  • Address book (Version 9.8.1): Now it is possible to get data from the address book, again. The problem was only with MacOS 10.5.

  • Semaphore concept enhanced
  • The usage of several computers with the help of semaphores was enhanced. Now you are able to synchronize the complete database file between the computers - without an external application.
  • Address book
  • Under MacOS 10.5 there are some problem with the address book. In the worst case Mac-HaBu will crash. To avoid such situations the usage of the address book under MacOS 10.5 is not possible now. As soon as we have a solution for this problem we activate this function, again.
  • Buttons for web and mail
  • On the right side of fields where you can enter a mail or a web address, you have an additional button. Here you start you mail program or browser with the entered address.
