May 7th, 2012· A minor import problem in Invoice Creator was fixed in v1.9.5.3/2.9.5.3. The following improvements apply to this new version and v1.9.5.2/2.9.5.2.
· Invoice Headers and Footers and Custom Header data are now exported and restored to the Invoice printing window.
· In Inventory Tracker you can now adjust the Quantity field by clicking the Add button above the Quantity field. You will be asked if you want to add a New Purchase or make a Quantity Adjustment. Adding a New Purchase checks for a different purchase price and enters some Notes about the purchase.
· Added a new option menu to Expense Tracker which has the choices Tax Deductible, Not Deductible, and Depreciate. A list of Expenses to be Depreciated is now added to the end of a Tax Form Report.
· Several other minor improvements.

· Added an A4 Paper Size option for European users to the More Print Options in the Invoice Printing screen. Choosing the International Version in the Format section of Prefs, will also set the printing preference to A4.

April 15th, 2008· A new preference has been added to the Formats section of Prefs that allows you to choose to Add leading zeros to numbers in reports and invoices. This lines up the decimals in the numbers for easier reading.
· You can add Notes to Invoices in Invoice Creator again.
· In Invoice Creator when you click Add Product to Invoice, if you had more than 50 items in inventory you got a message asking if you wanted to rebuild the inventory list. The number has been raised to 500. If you feel this number is now too high and you are waiting for the list to be regenerated a lot, please let us know and we'll adjust it again.
· If you add a Discount to an Invoice Creator record, both the percent and amount of the discount are now included on the Invoice and in Invoice Reports.
· In Invoice Tracker, when you click Add Quantity you are asked if you want to discontinuing the item. If you answer Yes, "disc" is put into the Reorder field and you can't create Purchase Orders for that item. The discontinued item will never show up in an Items to be Reordered report either.
· Return Address feature in Envelope section of Form Letter window fixed.
