New in EarthDesk 7.3.1 (Dec 30, 2018)

  • This adds support for our new cloud image and data feed hosting infrastructure.
  • The organization that has been providing our cloud image data for the last 16 years has informed us that they may be forced to end their service in March of 2019.
  • We have been working to adapt a new data provider, which has required quite a few changes to our hosting and data processing infrastructure. As part of these changes, we have added more detailed error logging to the cloud image download mechanism. If an error occurs during a download, EarthDesk will now report the error condition to our server on its next attempt to download the cloud image. This will help us as we migrate to our new hosting infrastructure.
