    Conjure 4.1.4 - Changelog

    What's new in Conjure 4.1.4:

    September 16th, 2010

    · Fixed an issue with ModBook eraser and some types of objects not deleting properly
    · Fixed a problem with multi-touch recognition on MacOS based systems using multi-touch screens (Hackintosh)
    · Fixed issues with haptic feedback devices incorrectly 'bumping' on icons.
    · Fixed an issue with overhead projectors and presentations in Keynote.
    · Fixed an issue with Skype screen sharing. Conjure screens now properly show up over Skype.
    · Fixed update speed issue on systems with lowest end video cards
    · Fixed Registration problem for some older users. Older serial numbers should work now.

    What's new in Conjure 4.1.3:

    September 15th, 2010

    · This version adds a toolbar, and new ModBook and Tablet features, and fixes the way Conjure saves its database so you don't lose data during power outages, etc.

    What's new in Conjure 4.0.9.1:

    September 7th, 2009

    · Fixed PPC related bugs in HUD panels.

    What's new in Conjure 4.0.9:

    September 5th, 2009

    · Fixed all known crashing issues with Snow Leopard
    · Added BunnyLand to the Quartz Composition backdrops.
    · Added three photos by John Gonzales to the photos section.
    · Updated the UI Kit enhancements. This will result in sharper HUD style windows, and better graphics for those dark buttons on dark backgrounds.
    · Fixed a copy / paste issue where unusually large objects would appear if the object being pasted was actually very small.
    · Fixed a drag and drop issue where unusually large objects would appear if the object being pasted was actually very small.
    · Made transparency something that the different desktop canvases can set independently. So now, if you have a backdrop that has a translucent quality, like an alpha channel in a color, the desktop canvas will use that.
    · Extended support for PathFinder and LaunchBar. Conjure should get along with both of those apps much better now.
    · Fixed a bug in 'align bottom'.
    · Added support for the Delete key on long keyboards.
    · Added support for the page up and page down keys on long keyboards, to cycle between desktops.
    · Changed the menu keys for going forward and backward through your desktops to use command+shift+arrow.
    · Added a slight delay for resizing objects.
    · Changed the behavior for vertical and horizontal clusters, so they now stack neatly atop one another, unless the objects length combined exceeds the dimensions of the desktop, then they cascade.
    · Removed the source of at least one major 'slow down' when typing.
    · Fixed a number of typos throughout the help files.

    What's new in Conjure 4.0.8:

    August 18th, 2009

    · New Oval setting for boxes. Perfect for hiliting objects on an overhead.
    · New Alpha level for the entire desktop, so you can use Conjure as an overlay for other apps.
    · Accelerated and slightly altered animations make all Conjure movements on overheads more easily visible.
    · Enhanced screen contrast during presentations on overhead projectors.
    · New pricing for teachers and educators.

    What's new in Conjure 4.0.7:

    August 15th, 2009

    · Added shiny new Help system!
    · The Leopard PPC G5 crash bug that happened when the help system loaded was fixed in the process.
    · Double-click text box will deselect prior selections.
    · Clusters now 'float to the top' when objects above them (in the stacking order) are added to them.
    · Lines now collapse in Clusters. It's not as nice as I'd like it to be yet, but at least it does it now.
    · Fix for duplication bug. Duplicating an image with option+drag could create a corrupted object under some circumstances. These are all fixed now.
    · Copying and Pasting some types of objects that were created in Conjure could corrupt other objects, under some circumstances. These are all fixed now.
    · Added support for bundle folder types, like Pages' documents. These should launch properly now on double-click.
    · Fixed Duplication of Link bug, where objects duplicated by option+dragging a link could cause bad links. In this version and going forward, links cannot be duplicated.
    · Inspector is now hidden when entering the overview mode. Before, it would stay open, allowing you to change data you couldn't see.
    · All file extensions are now hidden. Who needs 'em anyway? They're still visible in the info window.

    What's new in Conjure 4.0.6:

    August 10th, 2009

    · Improved Pathfinder support. If Conjure is launched from Path Finder, and sinking is activated in Conjure, it will sink below it. If the Path Finder desktop is active, Conjure will acknowledge this and allow Path Finder to control the desktop.
    · Improved support for graphics. More graphic types are supported now, and more info is available about them in the Info window.
    · Links to PDFs and other dragged file image types are now supported, fixing a bug in an earlier version.
    · Links between graphics on desktops other than the main desktop now save properly.
    · Focus and Hide Objects mode now properly stop editing of text fields if you left one open when you leave Conjure.
    · Improved support for Drag and Drop of text.

    What's new in Conjure 4.0.5:

    August 9th, 2009

    · Added Focus Mode to allow Conjure to hide all apps except Conjure and the frontmost app.
    · Added Hide Object in Background mode, which hides all desktop items when you’re in another app, only showing your Conjure background!
    · Alphabetized the People menu.
    · Merged the Sink and Surface menu items.
    · Conjure now saves these settings properly.

    What's new in Conjure 4.0.2:

    August 9th, 2009

    · Fixed an issue with sinking and surfacing Conjure to make it work better with Spaces
    · Fixed an issue with launching apps and documents while behind other apps, in 'sunk' mode.!

    What's new in Conjure 4.0.1:

    August 7th, 2009

    · Fixed a problem where old MUPromo codes no longer worked. They should work fine now. Sorry about that!

    What's new in Conjure 4.0:

    August 6th, 2009

    · We had to rewrite Conjure’s engine entirely to get around several of the issues with CoreAnimation in Leopard. As a result, this is a full version update.
    · Conjure is now a 64 bit app, which means you can work with larger graphics, easier than you could before. And it’s ready for Snow Leopard.
    · Mind Map mode for all objects lets you remove the clutter from your desktop and see things as just their titles.
    · Links between objects let you create dynamic, living links between objects, regardless of their location on the desktop. This lets you in turn create massive, ‘living’ flowcharts.
    · Enhanced iChat support lets you share just your Conjure desktop over an iChat session, allowing you to collaborate with other people easier.
    · A return to our original animation engine killed all of the CoreAnimation bugs, and we now support live Spell checking and grammar checking
    · Improved People support now correctly displays their images, along with more information in the Info panel.
    · Improved support for mail lets you link directly to important emails
    · Added Find and Find All to let you sift through the information on your desktop.
    · Added desktop shadows to the right, left, top, and bottom of the screen, for dramatic emphasis.
    · Added high res pics of two original paintings by celebrated artist Graham Toms to the backdrops.
    · Added a new photo by photographer / 3D artist Jarrod Davis to the Pictures section.
    · Command+option drag now lets you drag colors straight to the desktop to change the background color.
    · Added a forum to the website.
    · Added a blog to the website.
    · Fixed Undo issues.
    · Fixed a number of animation issues.
    · Expanded help files.

    What's new in Conjure 3.0.2:

    September 12th, 2008

    · New Export Selected Images - You can batch export all currently selected images, at their maximum resolution, to a new folder. This makes export to iPhoto, QuickTime, and other apps, very easy.
    · Added back PPC support.
    · 30 new backdrops.

    What's new in Conjure 2.4.1:

    March 8th, 2008

    · Added white backdrop to PDFs
    · Added two new background textures
