New in xScan 4.0.1 (May 11, 2015)

  • It’s a complete rewrite from the previous version. 8 months of development with testing on hundred of configurations during 3 months. It’s now a much more professional and modern solution with a daemon process running on monitored computers. A daemon is an invisible unix process running in the background and using less CPU than the previous version. Alerts are displayed even when the application is not open. We are using high performance and advanced real time technologies. There are two versions of the product:
  • Solo: to monitor one computer.
  • Pro: to monitor multiple computers from any remote location.
  • xScan 4 is also a concept very different from the previous versions. The interface is much more modern compliant to new Apple guidelines. You can customize almost everything. You can setup the widgets that you need on a main window and setup many display options for each widget. A lot of freedom and possibilities ! The final version is provided with a set of 12 widgets and we are already working on more widgets for future versions. It’s just the beginning. The application can be extended in many ways ! If you need some widgets, feel free to send your feedback.
