· Fixed paste command to check for public.utf8.plain.text before it checks for com.apple.traditional.mac.plain.text
· Added public.utf16-external-plain-text and public.rtf to the flavors paste will accept
· Fixed rtf decoder to accept hex data (ANSI characters above 127, such as ü, ö, ä, and ß now work).
· Also fixed rtf decoder to accept Unicode characters that are part of the Mac character set (√ and some others now work).
· Added 20 minutes until demo expires warning dialog, only occurs at A Prompter startup.
