- Added a "Copy" button to copy text of the selected rows' visible columns to the clipboard in tab/cr format.
- List form "Apply Formula"button is disabled if no record is highlighted.
- Subtotals now display plain text in the first column.
- The Shift key no longer moves the background graphic when an entry field has the focus in the edit window.
