Webmail Notifiers Apps and Alternatives

Webmail notifiers are specialized utilities that will display alert windows whenever a new email is received.

Unlike regular email notifiers, these apps are created to address mainly at web-based email accounts, including, but not limited to, GMail, Yahoo!, or Hotmail.

Users will have to enter their credentials (username and password) only once, and these apps will frequently and automatically check the designated inbox and will display a notification alert when and if new emails are detected.

Some of these tools are standalone, but there are also a number of them created as browser add-ons, therefore they will not need any additional power resources while running.
