View JNG Files

JNG (standing for JPEG Network Graphics) is a graphics format encoded as JPEG and related to PNG. Originally created as a sub-format for MNG, it is also possible to use JNG as a standalone format.

Although the JNG format uses a lossy compression algorithm just like the JPEG format it resembles, JNG images may also feature an alpha channel for transparency.

To be able to view their JNG image files, users will have to use a compatible image viewer that comes with built-in support for this particular graphics format.
