RSI (standing for Repetitive Strain Injury) is a health disorder caused by prolonged keyboard use and it affects tendons, muscles, and nerves.

To make sure that repetitive movements do not affect one's health, there are a wide range of apps that can help.

The most common way to prevent RSI appear is to take frequent breaks and this type od utilities will display reminders every hour or so, while some of them will even lock the Mac for the duration of the break.

Another method of preventing one to be affected by RSI is to perform specialized stretches as displayed by the application.
