Monitor Uptime Apps and Alternatives

Applications that enable users to keep track of how their Macs have been running until its last reboot or shut down are called uptime monitors.

It is useful to be aware of your Mac's uptime so that one can turn off their computer before its components over-heat and stop working.

Some uptime trackers will also display the last date of the exact time of the last boot.

Ususally, this type of apps will run in the system's menu bar to take up as little screen space as possible.
