Create XPM Files

XPM (short for X11 Pixmap) is a graphic file format originally created for storing icon pixmaps. XPM image files store pixmaps as static character arrays typically programmed in the C language.

Furthermore, the XPM raster format not only supports transparent color, but also gray-scale, monochrome and color pixmap.

When and if users decide to create their own custom XPM image files, they will need to choose and use a dedicated app that features built-in support for this specific graphics format.
