Create TGA Files

TGA (standing for Truevision Graphics Adapter) is a raster graphics file format used becasue of its simplicity and the lack of any patents.

The colors inside TGA files may be color-mapped or featured in truecolor format. The TGA format may store raw data, but it can also use a lossless PackBits RLE compression.

Texture files in 3D games are stored as TGA image files, and users can easily create this type of image by converting their own files to the TGA format.
