Create STL Files

STL is a document format developed to store CAD stereolithography, a 3D technique created for easily converting image files to solid virtual objects.

One uses the STL format during the stereolithography to permit the generated CAD models to be viewed using a larger array of 3rd party CAD apps.

STL files describe raw unstructured triangulated surfaces with the help of a 3D Cartesian coordinate system.
