myNotes For Mac

myNotes is a minimalist note taking application designed to help you both store and organize your ideas and your activity by subject. Moreover, you can sort the entries by title, content, creation and modification date and more.

The app can be used to store text content but also image files: simply drag and drop or paste the picture from your clipboard to the note panel. The entries can be organized in collections or smart collections and myNotes also includes a search bar with basic capabilities.

myNotes does not provide support for editing images in any way, but comes with a collection of basic text editing tools: you can customize the text style, size and color, the writing direction and the character spacing.

Moreover, myNotes offers you the possibility to create lists and tables or assign hyperlinks. Unfortunately, it does not recognize URLs on its own and does not send them to your browser even if you set up a link manually.

Further customization options include the possibility to change the default Collections or the Notes themes by selecting one of the 5 available color modes: Classic, White, Graphite, Lime or Yellow.

You can change the default background color for your current note by the press of a button. However, you must make the necessary adjustments in the Effects Preferences panel beforehand. The available options are: Inspiration, Burn, Note or Solid Color. You are also able to adjust the Transparency level and the font color.

myNotes enables you to browse your notes by date through the Calendar panel and you can compare different entries by sending them to a mini-window, which can be editable or not.
