JTransliter is an easy to use text editing application that includes inline transliteration support.
The default transliteration dictionary includes Ukrainian and Russian letters. The dictionary file is available in XML format.
JTransliter is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
