FastMailMerge 1.1.2

FastMailMerge is a great OpenOffice.org extension that provides an easy save and print and/or mail of an odt/doc with data coming from a spreadsheet.

In order to install download the extension and save it anywhere on your computer. In OpenOffice.org, choose Tools > Extension Manager from the menu bar. In the Extension Manager dialog, click Add.

Find and select the extension you want to install and click Open. The extension begins installing. You may be asked to accept a license agreement. When the installation is complete, the extension is listed in the Extension Manager dialog.

Here are some key features of "FastMailMerge":

· Function: picks up a list of data from a spreadsheet as if it was a database and, after have positioned the markers fields in a text document, automates the creation of files as doc, odt, pdf or html and the printing or sending mail.
· Use: in a spreadsheet, select one or more range of cells (with the same number of columns), as in the screenshot, then run the macro.
· Languages: Italiano, Français, English, Japanese, Espanol.
