Support for analyzing Matroska multimedia content
MKV is the file name extension for the Matroska video format, an open standard container format capable of storing multiple video, audio and image files and subtitle track within a single file.
Matroska aims is to be used as a universal format for storing multimedia content such as TV shows, movies and more.
Moreover, the Matroska multimedia format features four different files extensions: MKV for video files, MKA for audio, MK3D for stereoscopic video and MKS for subtitles only.
