Video Plus offers you the possibility to adjust your video’s appearance, apply artistic or blur effects, implement different transformations, or include text or image watermarks.

The Video Plus app makes all these tools available via a minimalist and well-organized user interface, and can generate video previews, so you can review everything before exporting the output to an MOV file.

To start using the Video Plus app, you must specify the video you want to work on. The app can work with the MOV, MP4, 3GP, 3G2, or M4V file formats, but does not come with batch processing capabilities, or the possibility to save the current configuration as a preset. Note that the processed video will be exported as an MOV file.

Video Plus offers you the possibility to adjust the image’s brightness, exposure or contrast level, saturation, gamma, hue, or the RGB values (there is a different controller for each color). On top of that, Video Plus also comes with a couple of artistic effects: black and white, cartoon, oil painting, vignette, pixellate, or halftone.

The Video Plus app will apply the changes immediately on the thumbnail, but you have to generate a preview to observe the change on the entire recording: the preview area will get an auto-hiding video controller.  The preview generation might take some time, but you can monitor the progress in the thumbnail area.

Video Plus also allows you to add standard, circle, focus, motion, or zoom blur effects: you get to adjust the intensity or radius via simple slider bars. The same rule applies when dealing with the built-in transform tools: 3D transform, swirl, or glass sphere.

Last but not least, Video Plus enables you to add text or image watermarks to the video: you can use the both types at the same time, customize the text appearance, scale the picture, set their position on the image, or adjust the X and Y offset.

Bottom line, Video Plus offers access to a collection of image processing tools that can be used on your video recordings. The app will generate a preview that you get to analyze before exporting the video: depending on the available resources, this might take some time.

However, the app does not come with batch processing tools or the option to save your settings as presets, which translates into many repetitive actions.
