Quicktime X Preference Pane is a free and easy to use Snow Leopard only preference pane that will allow you to toggle options on and off for QuickTime Player X (bundled with Mac OS X 10.6).
Quicktime X Preference Pane helps you:
· Enabling autoplay as soon as you open a video file
· Changing the look by sharpening or rounding the corners of the player window
· Always hiding or showing the titlebar and controller if you don't want them to fade once the cursor moves away from the window
· Enabling subtitles and closed captioning by default for all videos

· Keeping full screen mode open even when switching to another application
