DJV Imaging For Mac

DJV Imaging is an easy to use software solution designed to help developers review the content of their computer animations in real time. The app comes with playback control tools that can handle the images at frame level, and various tools for analyzing the source video.

Finding your way around the DJV Imaging application is quite easy because all its functions can be accessed via the utility’s main window: the main area is reserved for the image view, while top and bottom toolbars facilitate the playback control.

DJV Imaging also provides detailed information about the current image, the currently selected pixel, or the memory cache.  To see a detailed list of supported actions and data that can be extrated, you can browse the documentation that comes in the Help area.

DJV Imaging is able to work with a wide list of popular image formats, such as Cineon, DPX, IFF, IFL, JPEG, libquicktime, LUT, OpenEXR, PIC, PNG, PPM, QuickTime, RLA, SGI, Targa, and TIFF.

At the same time, DJV Imaging also provides support for basic image management tasks: you can rotate or mirror the image into various direction, change the image channel, toggle the image display profile, and so on.

As far as the playback is concerned, DJV Imaging provides familiar functionalities adapted to the animation’s requirements: you can start/stop/toggle the playback, while taking into account the number of frames, or you can choose to visualize every frame.
