Knowing the correct week number throughout the year is important if you need to follow up the development of different projects or make new plans. iWeek Number is a minimalist status bar menu application that simply shows up the week number in the menu bar.
iWeek Number is using the ISO-8601 standard to determine the correct week number: the first week of the year is the one that contains the first Thursday and a new week starts on Monday.
After the initial setup, iWeek Number does not require any other maintenance action. Make sure you choose to have it automatically launched at login (uses very few resources) and the app will stay in your menu bar as long as you need it.
IWeek Number includes support for 16 different languages: Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Icelandic, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Ukrainian and Welsh.
To sum up, iWeek Number is simple application that stays out of your way and proves to be very useful if you need to see the current week number at a glance.
