iSyncIt is a small application created to make iSync syncing easier. Its basic function is to turn on bluetooth if necessary, open iSync and sync all devices then close iSync and de-activate bluetooth. You can now also control some bluetooth functions and automatic bluetooth control is optional.
iSyncIt now resides in the menu bar rather then the dock. It may also be useful to add iSyncIt to your login items so it is always there when you need to use it.
To reduce the amount of space needed on your menu bar iSyncIt also contains an, albeit limited, bluetooth menu, allowing you to use iSyncIt as a replacement for your bluetooth menu bar item.
