Touring artists that need to create complex schedules for each concert they have around the world know that doing such a thing is a time consuming and, often, quite challenging task.

The iSchedule macOS utility has been created from the ground up to help you in such cases, and to make it a lot easier and less complicated to produce complex performance schedules.

You begin building a concert schedule by first entering the date, the start time and the duration of the show. Afterward, you just have to input the stage events one by one, each time subtracting from the entire show’s duration.

The performance details can be entered using the top form, and the concert events can be added with the help of the bottom input field.

Once you finish adding all the show parts and their respective time durations, you will be able to get a straightforward and detailed overview of the performance, in the form of a schedule, neatly ordered by the start time of each separate entry.

If you have added the wrong duration for one of the entries, you can easily modify it using the “Modify” button at the bottom of the main window, after you choose the entry that you need to correct.

For the most part, iSchedule is a simple to use and streamlined macOS utility and has been designed with a particular task in mind. The final schedule can be exported to a text file so that you can go over the plans anytime you like.

Keep in mind that iSchedule might not be the app you want if you’re not trying to plan some stage performance using a Mac and you’re just looking for a simple task scheduler.
