iLibrary For Mac

Designed to be an easy to use bibliography manager, iLibrary provides a collection of tools that will help you find and organize your references. At the same time, iLibrary is able to perform internet searches in order to add data to your catalog.

iLibrary comes with a very organized interface: in the left side panel of the main window you can browse your Library by category (Books, Articles, Wished and more), while the main area displays the titles included in each group.

At the same time, you can sort the entries by different sources (Authors or Periodicals), repositories (Google Books, Springer or arXiv) or by different references lists.

The books entries included in iLibrary contain the item name (all its titles), type, author, the edition number and editor, but also the publisher name and the publishing place and year. The reference entries include an abstract and other details about the subject, different keywords and your personal comments.

iLibrary is able to create reference lists by using different formats, such as APA, AAA, Harvard, Vancouver, Chicago/Turabian, MLA or MHRA. The lists can be exported as PDF, RTF or CSV documents or you can generate BibTeX, EndNote (RIS and Refer) or RefWorks tagged files.

What’s more, iLibrary is also able to import CSV or RIS files that have been created using another application that is dealing with referencing.

ILibrary allows you to organize all your resources through a simple interface and has the potential to be an efficient bibliography manager.
