iHelp For Mac

iHelp is a small application designed to help users manage Global Caché network adapters. It allows you to find the products on your home network and update the firmware of iTach and iTach Flex units. It supports only products purchased directly from Global Caché when it comes to firmware updates, with rebranded models not supported.

The app features a minimalistic user interface. In the main window, you will see a list of all devices that have been discovered on your local network, with additional columns for their IP and Mac address. The model name will be displayed for each, making them easy to identify.

While Global Caché offers its own method for updating device firmware, iHelp is comparatively easier to use and straightforward. The user interface is as simple as you can imagine, and the process intuitive. The app simply finds the latest available version of the firmware for the selected device and updates it, with no option to load a firmware file manually.
