iAlarm allows users to control how they wake up in the morning by leveraging the power of OS X.
iAlarm provides 7 basic alert types for users; play iTunes, speak the headline news, speak a custom message, speak your daily events and to do items from your iCal calendar, speak the local weather, and of course a standard beep.
iAlarm harnesses the power of your mac to wake you you up with your iTunes music, local weather, news podcasts, custom messages and even an old style beep.
The new interface is simple to use, and advanced users can even create their own custom AppleScripts to be executed by iAlarm. Additionally, iAlarm can wake your mac from sleep to sound your alerts in the morning.
NOTE: iAlarm 2.05 can only be purchased via the Mac App Store (the buy link redirects you to its App Store page). To purchase/download applications via the App Store an Apple account is required.
To access the previous iAlarm versions you can go to the developers project page HERE. The page provides access to iAlarm 2.03 version (suitable for Mac OS X 10.4 or later) that includes nag screens.
