ezCheckPersonal for Mac
Personalized checks can help you stand out, or to convey a professional look for your business. ezCheckPersonal is an easy to use Mac app that offers you the possibility to design your own check templates with minimal effort.
Effortless to install check writing software solution featuring basic data management tools
ezCheckPersonal comes with an installer package which reduces the installation process to following the on-screen instructions. The application comes with a personal checking account defined by default, but you can create as many as you want: this way, you can easily write checks for multiple accounts with minimal effort.
To get started, you must open the Check Setup window and update your account’s credentials: you can provide an account name, a bank, a bank account number, a routing number, and so on. In addition, you can easily add your company’s logo and your digital signature.
Uncomplicated utility for designing your own check templates
The application comes with a default check template, but via the ezCheckPersonal Layout Setup window you can easily rearrange the included graphic elements with simple drag and drop actions. You also get to quickly add new ones, to change the text style and so on.
The fact that these customization windows can be accessed only via the ezCheckPersonal top menus can be a little counter intuitive, but making use off all the included tools is quite simple.
User friendly app that offers you the possibility to write and keep track of all your checks
ezCheckPersonal is a great tool to have around if you want to design your own checkbook: you can create templates for multiple accounts, and quickly print blank checks. The templates created by using ezCheckPersonal can contain your personal information, you logo, and even your digital signature.
Last but not least, ezCheckPersonal allows you to quickly write checks on your Mac and saves them to your database: this is extremely useful if you want to keep track of your expenses (the entries can be easily exported to CSV files).
