Vidalin is an MP4 video tag editor that is very similar to excellent applications already available such as Lostify and MetaX.
Like these other editors, Vidalin utilizes the AtomicParsley command line application as it primary tagging engine, but tries to seek a ‘middle ground’ between Lostify’s simple, effective one-file-at-a-time approach and MetaX’s full-featured powerful multi-file multiple-tag approach.
Vidalin is designed to serve one purpose: provide a simple, easy-to-understand interface designed to capture only the information displayed by Apple TV.
If is not displayed on your TV by Apple TV, Vidalin will not ask for it.
Here are some key features of "Vidalin":
· Handles all the Apple TV display information for your favorite movie or TV show
· Simple single-window interface with plain, easy to understand labels
· Can remember and auto-fill TV show information across different episodes in the same season
· Ability to ‘batch’ save multiple movie and TV shows after you are finished adding information to all of them
· Handles full-resolution cover art
· Effortlessly handles Actor, Director and Producer information (the only three Cast and Crew items displayed by Apple TV)
