TopXNotes is one of the best ways to secure, organize, and rapidly access your notes and other information. TopXNotes started out as a replacement to Apple's Notepad which Apple replaced with Stickies.

TopXNotes is a more modern replacement for Stickies or Notepad, with a wider variety of text styles and colors available.

TopXNotes is Tropical Software's solution for managing your text-based notes and exporting selected notes to your iPod.

TopXNotes handles all the miscellaneous sensitive information we deal with in the modern digital era such as web account information and passwords, software serial numbers, credit card numbers, or banking and financial information.

TopXNotes also handles more general notes, like to-do lists, call lists, contact notes, and just about anything else.

For each TopXNotes note you can select font, font color, and font size. Background color can also be changes, and a wide variety of text attributes, including underline, bold, italics, outline, shadow, condensed or expanded text, are available. Our special "emphasis color" will highlight a block of text.

A powerful TopXNotes feature is the ability to create your own categories and assign them to notes, and use NoteOrganizer - an easy-to-use Table of Contents - to navigate your notepad and quickly find what you are looking for.

Unique to TopXNotes is multiple views or MultiView - the ability to display more than one note at the same time. You can expand TopXNotes to show as many notes as you have room for on your screen, or reduce space used to just a note or just the NoteOrganizer.

Another feature of TopXNotes is QuickNotes, a floating window with a menu containing your favorite notes. TopXNotes' users tell us this feature is very useful. The same QuickNotes list is also displayed in the TopXNotes Dock menu.

TopXNotes has a variety of additional features including Find, Find and Replace, Read-Only Notes, Encryption, the ability to Export Groups in a TopXNotes interchange format file (extension .topi), and the ability to import TopXNotes interchange format files as a Group. These Import and Export options allow the quick exchange of groups of notes with other TopXNotes users.

· Added Preference to choose manual or automatic note delete. Manual requires notes be deleted on all devices and Mac separately. Automatic assumes you want any missing note to be deleted on Mac and all devices.
