Take A Pause! is a nice utility that counts the time you spend working and "forces" you to stop for a while regularly.
Take A Pause! installs itself as a little icon in the menu bar and when the working period is over, it blocks the screen preventing you from doing anything until the pause period is over.
Take A Pause! is fully configurable and allows you to customize the working interval as well as the pause interval.
